Another year of Covid and throw in floods, wars and elections to make life continually interesting on planet Earth.
In Easter Meaning I wrote:
“Easter is both a commemoration and a celebration for Christians around the world. The commemoration is the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. He came into this world humbly and yet he was the Son of God. He lived a short miraculous life that changed the world forever. The celebration was his rising from the dead. Death had no control over him. This is the foundation of the Christian faith. It is not what we do for God, but what God has done for us through Jesus. Without this event in the history of man, the Christian faith is baseless.”
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” - John 3:16 New International Version (NIV)
Life is a precious gift and what the recent events have taught us, is that we all need each other for the planet to work and survive. We are always presented with solutions to problems, we just need to choose what is best for all.
No one has the wisdom of Solomon, and I do not envy people who have to make those decisions that affect us all. Constructive criticism is always better than destructive criticism as it seems everyone now is an expert.
I wish to thank my wonderful staff and my amazing and patient family.
I am always grateful to the patients who have shared some of their lives with us. We are interested in people not just patients. They enrich us.
Take care and still stay safe!
